The first part of the production takes place in the field in a specific area of natural sandy clay soil that has never been cultivated or mined. It is also crucial that no human activity has ever taken place to ensure high quality soil carbon extraction. The top layer of virgin soil is lifted in an environmentally friendly and responsible way with a specialized scraping/lifting tool taking care not to disturb the Rhizosphere at a thickness of 300mm. The bottom of the uplifted rhizosphere is then scraped off and immediately transported to our facility which is located 3km from the collection site. All of the above is done while maintaining a constant room temperature.
In our factory, the carbon is precipitated with an organic liquid, then separated through flotation. Subsequently the carbon is placed in trays for cleaning. The collected carbons are mixed with dehydrated molasses for suspension.
The mixture is now ready for decantation and is placed for two months in a temperate environment where all the secondary and tertiary natural transformations will take place. In this phase the Fulvic and Humic acids are self-produced.
After the standing period, the mixture is then filtered and centrifuged with a nine-disc vertical centrifuge.
The product is now ready to be bottled and labeled, in a specialised facility.
